What is the best way for me to book 10+ rooms (on one card) for my team?
If you are booking for your group and will be paying with one card, we will connect you with the hotel sales manager. You will be asked to provide your credit card information and a list of guest names (rooming list) for the rooms. Please email Justin@SportsTrip.com with the details of your stay (hotel name, number of rooms needed, check-in and checkout dates) and he will connect you with the hotel sales manager.
Can I “hold” a group block exclusively for my team (each guest will pay for their own room)?
You will have 48 hours to exclusively hold a group block for your team. After 48 hours your group can still book at the preferred hotel, but the block will be available for other groups to book as well on a first-come first-served basis.
How many rooms can I book per transaction?
The maximum number of rooms per transaction differ depending on hotel brand: Marriott = 3 rooms max, IHG = 9 rooms max, Hilton = 9 rooms max, Hyatt = 2 rooms max
To book more than the max number of rooms, you can repeat the booking process or email Justin@SportsTrip.com for assistance with booking 10+ rooms on one credit card.
How can I change the check-in and/or checkout date?
If your group is arriving early or staying an extra night, please email Justin@SportsTrip.com with the details of your stay (hotel name, number of rooms needed, check-in and checkout dates) and we will contact the hotel to update the dates.
How can I cancel my room?
Most hotels have a 24-48 hour cancellation policy. Please note that each hotel is different and your confirmation email will list the cancellation policy for that specific hotel.
To cancel your room simply call the hotel front desk, provide them with your confirmation number and name, and ask them to cancel your reservation for you. You do not need to contact a SportsTrip representative to handle cancellations.
