our Operations Manager role may be a fit for you.
As the Operations Manager, you will fully own the day to day SportsTrip administrative tasks. You will manage and coordinate hotel Request for Proposal (RFP) follow ups along with CRM administration for sales team. You will manage website content and updates, weekly customer invoicing and account receivable follow up. We are a small but mighty team so there are plenty of “other” items you will be involved with.
What you need:
Previous experience managing and owning administrative function
High proficiency with Excel
Website CMS experience is a plus
