Team Success Manager
As a Team Success Manager (TSM), you will fully own SportsTrip travel process with teams and sports organizations. By onboarding, advising and executing travel booking for teams you will ensure SportsTrip is a trusted travel partner- allowing coaches to focus on coaching, not travel management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct team onboarding calls to set up team profile and learn travel preferences and requirements
- Conduct website training to educate teams on platform functionality
- Secure team schedules and enter corresponding data into platform
- Assisting teams in hotel and charter selection and negotiations
- Manage the contracting process using SportsTrip’s standardized contract
- Assisting in last minute travel coordination for teams when necessary
- Build key strategic relationships with university administration to assist securing university wide travel contracts
- 10% travel, when necessary and with manager approval, to visit teams and universities to advise and cultivate a positive relationship with teams and universities. Travel would be to both organizational and university campuses as well as relevant industry travel conferences
Location:
Our office is located in Lincoln, Nebraska. We prefer candidates who can work from our Lincoln office, but we’re also open to fully remote applicants.
