History

SportsTrip started with one goal: to make coaches’ lives easier by automating and organizing the hotel booking process.

2014

In 2014, Gary Schuster was a hotel sales manager at a college-town hotel who assisted dozens of coaches each year. He recognized the need for a more systematic approach to planning team travel and set out to help simplify the process for coaches, and SportsTrip was born.

2019

In 2019, Jasa Rhone became SportsTrip’s Managing Director. With years of sales and management experience, he was determined to take SportsTrip to the next level. Jasa started building a team to drive the company forward and provide coaches with a single platform to handle all aspects of their travel.

2020 - 2021

Despite a global pandemic, 2020 was a great year for SportsTrip. We opened shop in downtown Lincoln and grew our team through the pandemic. Just this year, we more than doubled the number of teams we work with and helped booked over 700 hotels.

2021 is shaping up to be the biggest year in company history. Not only are we working with more teams than ever before, but we have also expanded into air and ground transportation. 

Our vision is to provide coaches with a single platform to manage all of their team travel needs.
